Meet Christina.
Christina Hardy runs Your Organised Lady, a Nottingham-based decluttering and organising specialist supporting professional women with ADHD. Her approach comes from lived experience: after years of feeling her cluttered home mirrored her mind, Christina discovered she had ADHD and dyslexia, and built the systems that finally gave her control. That story shapes everything she offers, from one-to-one coaching and in-person declutter sessions to her Proud Home Reset Programme and Accountability Club.
Her ethos is judgement-free with no shame or unattainable Pinterest-perfect homes, and more of a focus on progress one step at a time. Her brand voice is soft pastels and a recurring unicorn motif, emphasised in her Facebook community, the ADHD Unicorns.

The Brief
Christina came to me, a Nottingham-based brand photographer working with coaches and small business owners, needing imagery that reassured rather than intimidated potential clients. So much decluttering photography leans on stark, sterile “after” shots with white shelving, colour-coded boxes and this can leave overwhelmed clients feeling further from success. Christina needed personal brand photography that felt like her: encouraging, non-clinical and rooted in the reality of ADHD life, while still showing her skill and credibility.
The images needed to work across her homepage, service pages, blog, quiz landing page and social channels covering coaching conversations, hands-on declutter sessions, and headshots that show the person behind the brand.

The Approach
Rather than staging a flawless “show home,” we built the shoot around Christina's real working process and personality. As her brand photographer, my job was to capture who she genuinely is. We talked through her process and the messy realities of her work, so I could photograph her organising and demonstrating a real snapshot of client sessions. Warm, calming light ran throughout, echoing her existing pastel-and-rainbow palette.
Alongside candid, in-process shots, label makers, planners, folders and journals, I captured confident personal brand headshots designed to show her warmth and approachability: the person you wouldn't mind showing your messy kitchen drawer to (we all have one), not someone who'd judge you for it.

This variety gives Christina content for blog posts and social media without needing a full portrait shoot each time, reinforcing her messaging without any stock-image, corporate feel, the difference good brand photography makes for showcasing the female founder she is.

The Outcome
Christina now has a flexible, on-brand image library: headshots for her About page and homepage, in-action imagery for service pages, and a rotating supply of content for blogs and social. All of it reflects the same warm, judgement-free tone running through her business.
Kelly was amazing with the strategy and getting to understand my business. Matching the branding vibe and my businesses values to the photographs. Making sure that these images would really show my businesses values.
