Introduction
bykelly.photography is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. I want everyone who visits this website to feel welcome and to be able to find the information they need easily, in a way that suits them.

I am continually working to improve the user experience for everyone by applying the relevant accessibility standards and guidance, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor and cognitive impairments.

How Accessible This Website Is
To make this website accessible, I have:
-
structured every page with clear headings so it can be navigated with a screen reader or keyboard alone;
-
provided descriptive alternative text for photographs and meaningful labels for links and buttons;
-
chosen colour combinations designed to provide sufficient contrast between text and background;
-
made the website responsive, so it can be used comfortably on different screen sizes and with browser zoom;
-
kept forms simple and clearly labelled, with required fields identified.
03
Known Limitations
Some parts of this website may not be fully accessible, for example older PDFs or documents, embedded content from third-party platforms (such as Instagram or YouTube), and photographic galleries where decorative images are used. I am working to improve these areas, and I welcome your feedback where you encounter a problem.
04
Feedback And Contact Information
If you find any problems not listed on this page, or if you need information on this website in a different format (such as large print, easy read or audio), please contact me at hello@bykelly.photography. I will consider your request and respond as soon as I can.
05
Enforcement Procedure
If you are not happy with how I respond to your complaint, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) at www.equalityadvisoryservice.com, or the equality body in the part of the UK in which you live. They provide advice and support on disability discrimination.
